I thought the earthquake would say “That’s not my fault.”
As a Defence atorney was summing up the case for his client, the courthouse was rattled by a ten second earthquake. Seizing upon the quake he declared it was Divine support of his client’s innocence.
The Prosecutor in his summation remarked, I always thought that messages from the Divine came from above, not below.”
